Initial Consultations (one hour)
- Consultations are conducted via phone call, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom (whichever you prefer). During this hour, we will discuss your main health concerns (weight, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, feeding your children, etc.), then explore proactive strategies that address those issues.
- Following the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive, personalized protocol that covers dietary, lifestyle, supplement and fitness recommendations, tailored to achieve your health goals.
- An electronic invoice is sent via QuickBooks.
- A one-week meal plan with recipes can be added for an additional $50.
Follow-up Consultations (thirty minutes)
- We will review and discuss the progress you’ve made with your protocol and make any necessary changes to keep you on the right track.
- These can be booked anytime after your Initial Consultation (I recommend 4-6 weeks between consultations).
We will focus on achieving an optimal diet, as nutritional needs change in each trimester of pregnancy. We will ensure that you are taking adequate supplements to support you and your growing baby. I’ll offer lifestyle and fitness recommendations to strive for a healthy pregnancy and easier recovery after birth.
Being a new Mom is very demanding on the mind and body. We are so focused on our new little being that we often forget to care for ourselves! I will help you implement ways to help your body recover from birth, meet your nutritional needs as a new Mom, while caring for your new bundle of joy!
